that's 8, not bad, and Dave, that's an impressive CV, but I thought we were going to have an F1 2006 game, anyway I'm up for having any type of championship

It couldnt be F1 2002 because the Ferrari has a huge advantage so yea f1 2006 or maybe A1............nah.... lets stick with F1 2006!

In the 06 one there are a lot of teams you can do well with...Mclaren, Renault, Ferrari, Honda, Williams, BMW-Sauber, Super Aguri...so I recommend we do that. I refuse to do a V8 Supercar championship...they are boring.

alright, let's do a F1 2006 game, and you can also do pretty well in a Toyota as well I've only tried F1 2006 and A1GP, 'cos I haven't had many championships unlike Dave

I just started an A1 GP game. I was wondering Phil what to do with tyres you only get 2 sets for the whole weekend i have all ready finished off a set in practise but still have to do the quali the race and the warmup! Help would be much appreciated

I'm no expert, I'm only part way through my first A1 GP championship and only just getting the hang of it myself Personally, I only use one set of tyres for practice, then for either 1 or 2 of the 3 runs I use the fresh tyres in quali (usually as the last run), for warm-up I use the old tyres and then race with the slightly used tyres, it's the only solution to that problem I've come up with so far, but I'm sure it can be tweaked and evolved into something better good luck

Your welcome, I think A1 GP is more difficult than the F1 2006 game, not least because you have to set-up on your own, but I have started from 25th 2 or 3 times, because I have had some mechanical problem or whatever, and I don't even have my first quali run that high, and then it takes till the second race to get a semi-decent result, 'cos the first race is spent fighting through the field to an average position, and the next one gets me into the lower points

First one on fresh tyres, second on used tyres as back-up. Same used set for practice and warmup. I'm second in an A1GP championship at the moment, although I am 25 points off 1st. Compared to my previous A1GP efforts, that is quite good
